Did my B2 für Beruf kurs and it was great. The office team were amazing and ensured I was able to register for the required course and my teachers, Rajani and Komel were both excellent! Pretty positive impression in general. The staff at the office were extremely helpful and friendly both times I enrolled for the online B1 DTZ + Leben in Deutschland and B2 DTB courses. Both teachers (Barbara and Isabella) I came across are highly skilled, have a lot of patience and give you everything you need (PDF's, Links etc) to succeed in the final exams. All you need is to find time to study. For people who are looking for in person classes, live in Neukölln or Kreuzberg and dont want long commute is a must choice.

The essentials of the Medical Language Exam (FSP)
How does the exam work?
60 minutes – 3 parts of 20 minutes each
Goal
Licensure for foreign-trained doctors in Germany.
Content
A pure language and communication exam (no medical knowledge tested).
Examiners
A board of 2 examiners from the State Medical Chamber (at least 1 doctor).

This specialised course from ZeBuS e.V. prepares international doctors specifically for the medical language examination (FSP). The focus is on confident use of medical terminology and practical communication for error-free everyday work in German hospitals.
The offer is aimed at international doctors who have already completed their medical degree. The prerequisite for participation is German language skills at a solid B2 level.
The course covers all exam- and practice-relevant areas: realistic simulations of the FSP before the medical chambers, building medical vocabulary and deepening grammar, confident patient communication and professional anamnesis interviews, structured doctor-to-doctor handovers and error-free writing of medical reports, and targeted training for clear and understandable pronunciation.
Your time is valuable, so we do not wait until the end of the course. After each completed module, you immediately go through a realistic interim exam:
- Session 5: Live simulation of Part 1 (medical history).
- Session 10: Live simulation of Part 2 (medical report) with real-time correction.
- Session 15: Live simulation of Part 3 (doctor-to-doctor conversation) with a specialist doctor as a critical senior physician.
- Sessions 16–20: Complete dress rehearsals of all 3 parts back to back.
During the three major simulation sessions, a licensed German specialist doctor joins your course live. They simulate the examination board as well as difficult patients, check medical plausibility, and give you valuable peer-to-peer feedback.
Writing and correcting medical reports and epicrises is done together live and transparently during the sessions. You receive immediate, constructive feedback directly from your main instructor to perfect your written expression under real time pressure.
The SBAR concept (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) is an international standard for structured and concise patient handovers. We train this concept intensively for your doctor-to-doctor conversation.
Yes. In the concluding live camp (sessions 16–20), we specifically train mental strategies against exam anxiety and the confident handling of medical trick questions.
